Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to attend a consultation or receive treatment at our clinic.
Payment terms
We accept cash and the following:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Debit Cards: Maestro and Solo.
We do not accept cheques.
Payment must be made either in advance or at the time of the procedure. We do not offer finance or credit.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are subject to consultation and may vary depending on the individual’s requirements.
Any prices quoted in your consultation will then take precedence over prices that may be quoted on this website or elsewhere.
Consultation fee and cancellation policy
We charge a GBP 30 consultation fee which is redeemable against a treatment performed during the same day as the consultation. Virtual consultation fees can not be redeemed against treatments. Consultation fees are payable in advance and are not refundable. Rescheduling is only permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice otherwise you will forfeit this fee. The consultation fee must be paid in advance in order to book an appointment.
Our practitioners
The consultant/practitioner is engaged by us so we can provide her services to you. The consultant is not employed by the clinic or Brainworks Interactive Limited and is an independent contractor. All practitioners are covered independently with their own indemnity policies.
You must answer any questions put to you by the consultant or other clinical staff truthfully, completely and accurately and provide any information which may affect your initial consultation, treatment or recovery.
Refusal of treatments
There are several reasons that a doctor may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and we have a strict patient selection criteria to ensure patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we advise, in your best medical interests, that treatment is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable from such treatment or you have shown intent to defraud us.

Recording devices
Recording devices are not permitted to be used during consultations in our clinic.
Complaints policy
We endeavour to treat all of our clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at City Skin Clinic you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, we will be pleased to help and support you through the process.
The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Director. Where this cannot be resolved immediately, you will receive an email within three working days to confirm that an investigation into the matter is underway and that a response will be made as soon as possible.
If your complaint is treatment related the matter will be discussed with the relevant practitioner and may require you to attend an additional consultation with that practitioner or an alternative member of the clinic’s medical team. The objective of this is to provide an explanation or a solution to your concerns. We aim to furnish you with a full written response within 20 working days or where this is not possible, an explanation as to the cause of the delay.
