We're officially declaring that Sunday mornings are for watching YouTube Beauty videos. It's not even a guilty secret anymore! Its a fun way to ease into the last day of the weekend and is enhanced infinitely when followed by a long brunch. If you're new to this or think that Youtube beauty is for the very young, fear no more. Not only are YouTube beauty videos becoming much more popular amongst grown ups but we will vet and introduce you to a new channel every Sunday. We will also add in a couple of beauty tips along the way. So, welcome to the first ever of our weekly beauty digests or 'SUNDAY VIBES'.

YouTube Beauty Channel To Check Out

We're proud to feature Nadia Kour as our first YouTuber. This biomedical scientist turned makeup artist presents a wide range of fun makeup tutorials. As a Vegan, she only uses cruelty free makeup and creates high femme looks inspired by glam rock, disco and her middle eastern heritage. There are also many celebrity inspired looks (Beyonce super bowl makeup is a must) and professional beauty hacks. Nadia's passion and relaxed delivery transpires into easy to follow tutorials.

Skincare Tip To Try

Whilst chilling to YouTube beauty tutorials we definitely recommend giving yourself a little facial. Since winter is almost here, try to revive dull and dry skin with an enzymatic mask. Use a a bit of mashed up papaya as an exfoliating face mask (leave for 10-15 minutes then wipe and wash face). This will leave your skin fresh and glowing. Follow up with a very hydrating moisturiser.

Makeup Technique To Practise

A good way to beat that sallow winter skin is with dewy looking skin. This will make you look really fresh and glowing (like no one's told your that summer is over). Check out our dewy skin tutorial for flawless makeup.

Beauty Guide To Read

If you're thinking of giving your skin a bit of a work up before christmas but not sure what. Bespoke skin treatments like collagen induction therapy and chemical peels are a good place to start. They can be used alone or in combination to treat a range of skin concerns include sun damage, uneven pigmentation, wrinkles and acne. Winter is also a good time to work on your skin in order to resurface it, stimulate collagen and nourish it. This will provide you with smoother, younger and glowing skin during the dreary months and into Spring. Read our guide on both these treatments or visit our treatment pages for more information.
